Holly is awesome. Her lectures are fun and interesting. She does follow the book 100% so at least skim the book before one of her exams and fill out the study guide. If you take lecture notes you're basically golden then.

Oral Com.- Simply excellent. Holly defines excellence. She is my favorite professor. Best at MU. Do your best and you will do good. Very rewarding class. Test were difficult to me.

She's a difficult professor. Her whole class was based on making speeches. If you didn't dress up or if you made too many hand gestures you got a bad grade. She is not lenient in her grading at all. She says exactly what is going to be on her exams and come test day none of that is on the test, instead information she never mentioned once.

Fair Grader, but commonly would give grades on a biased basis, she would deem if a subject was relevant, which put out good grades to students who spoke about her interests. You have to dress up for this class, even if you're gonna make a mess. The outline was worth just as much as my speech, if you do poorly on outline, you will do badly on speech

When did I drop Oral Comm and start taking Fashion 101? All she talks about is how proper we need to dress for speeched and pretty much if you're not perfect then you are screwed. Too many hand gestures, pauses, gaudy clothing, etc and you fail!
