I had him 10 years ago and loved his class. Looking back I learned so much from him! He was a mentor and if you needed help his door was always opened. He is tough but he wants you to succeed in life as I have. He is very well respected and a awesom instructor. Natalie TrosclairBrown

By far a very respected teacher. Hard but you will come out knowing a lot of things. I had him for all my sciences and I would highly recommend him. Yes he is hard and tough but he does it for a reason looking back 10 years later I still remember the things he taught us!

Comment:

i took Anatomy and Physiology 1 in the fall of 2014. Dunn uses slides to teach and his voice can put you to sleep. He just reads off the slides, I can read to myself. There is no teaching going on at all. He lacks sympathy if science is a difficult subject for you. I dont suggest anyone who needs explanations to take his class.

Dr. Dunn is one of those teachers that has taught the same material over and over again and that causes him to be SUPER boring. I learned nothing from his teaching style. I decided to retake the class, but with another teacher.

I loved Dr. Dunn, but this is a tough class. There is a lot of information that you must learn and retain. You will have spelling tests along with lecture tests that each cover 2 to 3 chapters. That being said, Dr. Dunn will cover all of the info you need to know. He also offers tons of bonus points. Take advantage of these! You will need them

AMAZING professor, he really cares about his students! He is kind of strict on attendance because he gives extra credit for attendance but if you show up on time and stay alert you'll receive plenty of cushion. You'll definitely need every extra credit point available because his tests can be kind of difficult. USE EVERY opportunity for extra cred!

Dr. Dunn has a great sense of humor I enjoyed his class. Even though it was tough, he gives you enough extra credit it's impossible not to pass. I passed with an A, with extra credit and tons of studying and lab time. He makes learning interesting and definitely shows his passon for his career!!!

Dr. Dunns class is not the most interesting but extrememly easy to pass if you will study. All of the test questions come from the notes what he writes on the board so you don't even have to write down anything that he says. He gives over 100 extra credit points so it's not a hard class to pass.

Dr. Dunn is an amazing anatomy and physiology teacher! He really challenges you to do your best. I am a senior in high school and I have an "A" so far! I wouldn't go into anatomy and physiology II without the back ground he has given me!

The class was very boring. He taught on an over head projector of the notes we print off line. We basically could've looked over the notes at home and taught ourselves. Very nice and educated man but I just did not learn anything from the class.

Dunn is an awesome teacher! Sit up front, print out your notes and keep up with his lectures. If you attend class, actually listen, and do the HEAPS of extra credit, you will pass with an A. If I can do it, you can do it. There's no excuse to say he isn't the best! Plus. What other COLLEGE professor gives EXTRA CREDIT?!

I had Dr. Dunn for Biology I. People had told me not to take him, but I thought he was a great teacher. His notes are pretty straight forward. If you study his notes, pay attention in class, attend class (he gives you a lot of points if you have perfect attendance), and do the extra credit you can definitely get an A.

Ok, I had Dr. Dunn way back in the early 90s. He was hard then, too. He demanded a lot but I look back and appreciate it. You need to learn how to spell to look intelligent out in the professional world. And most of all, you need to know your A&P to give competent care to your patients. Because of him, I'm a better nurse and nursing instructor.
