Comment:
Professor Glaser is really nice and knowledgeable about his subject. He does post the slides from class, but they have almost no words on them, so it's really important to go to lecture. He's a good lecturer and accessible in office hours. One of his tests was really fair, and the other was very challenging. Overall a good teacher.

Glaser is a great lecturer and clearly cares about students. The lectures are sometimes dry and there is a lot of reading. Readings are very important for the exams and the IDs can be tricky, which makes it harder to do well in the class.

Prof. Glaser is an absolutely great teacher. His lectures are interesting and enjoyable to attend, and he inserts funny stories here and there to help students better understand his points. A lot of the reading is important, but if you're behind schedule it's no big deal, just have it done for the final. Great course, even better professor.

Something about his class is very soothing and enjoyable. He's very clear and approachable, and just a very nice guy. He's a centrist and even then does not inject own politics into the class. Organizes powerpoints well & does a killer Reagan. Not that much reading, and you can skip it occasionally. But you'll feel bad since he's so darn nice.

He's a great professor. He lectures in a very easy-to-understand way, and he's quite knowledgeable in his field. The lectures are enjoyable to go to, and the class is easy enough to do well in if you go to lecture. He assigns reading, but it's not crucial (although quite helpful).

Very interesting lecturer. His lectures will keep you engaged. Exams are hard, and you have to study all of the material. Paper is difficult but interesting. Good amount of reading, back-loaded towards end of semester.

He is an excellent professor. His lectures engage you, he's a very good public speaker. On the personal side, he's a very helpful, nice fatherly figure. His class is, however, quite challenging b. Unlike what other people said, the readings are absolutely crucial to getting a good grade in the class. Recitations are pretty useless though.

He is a wonderful, wonderful teacher who knows so much about the inside of politics, congress, and especially the supreme court that every class is bound to be filled with at least two or three anecdotes. Class is hard even if you know your stuff, due to infrequency of tests (mid+final) and how they concentrate on only a few specific areas.

Glaser is meh. He's not fabulous and he's not horrible. I dont understand the people who say he is amazing. He's just a pretty average teacher with a few interesting stories. A lot of reading assigned but basically none of it is really required. Recitation is lame. I wouldn't highly recommend this teacher but i wouldnt diss him either...

Glaser is witty and interesting, I really enjoyed going to class. There are way too many readings and most of them are pretty boring, but you can get away with only doing a few of them. Going to lectures was helpful, but I have mixed feelings about the recitations and TAs. Fortunately, almost all of the classes are lectures.

Very good, clear lecturer. Makes it very clear what he wants out of you and how to get a good grade. Go to class or get notes from someone else, tests based MOSTLY on lecture. I got away without doing much reading, even though he assigns a lot.

He is a great lecturer but also the most arrogant man I have ever met. I mean the guy thinks he is God. Also the TA's are horrible and don't know anything. Glaser doesn't know most of his students either.

TERRIBLE class. The lecture was so unstructured, the TA's are the most careless people ever, and the class was just bad. Whatever you do, just hope that you get an easy TA, because some people get lucky and get an easy TA and others get screwed.
