Professor Kahn is a fantastic professor for environmental studies, economics, and helping you determine a research, and future career path. I absolutely recommend as an advisor, a professor for entry, mid-level and senior level economics and environmental studies, and is your go-to guy for anything pertaining to Brazil.

he was a pretty cool teacher until he reneged on some of his attendance rules. I missed two classes and he was a real dick about it and screwed me over grade-wise

Awesome guy. Very adept at articulating environmental arguments and putting the clamp on those who traditionally view them as leftist fluff. Really opens your mind to the various dimensions of environmentalist throught economics, policy, even feminism.
