Some lectures were interessting but for the most part very dry ! His stories, of which there were many are entertaining but don't help with the exams, which although are open book are very difficult..overall a decent prof for a boring class that unfortunatly is manditory for law

Some of you say its hard to stay awake, he's boring, dry, etc.. I say get more sleep before class, actually read the material, and ask questions. This professor has been teaching for many years, he kows his material, and i am sure that most would agree to this: Its public law how exciting do think it is suppose to be? I like the prof and the course

prof was helpful once i bugged and harassed him for a week, as it is rare he was there for office hours, and all he gives you is a cell # to contact him.I could never distinguish what was story or lecture. get a study group together very helpful come exam time and do all of the practice exams he gives you as the questions repeat on final/midterm!

I find most of the previous comments to be very unfair. He is a smart man who has obviously been teaching for a while. I found him to be witty and he made the most of a boring subject. He is succinct and doesn't keep you for the entire 3 hours, acknowledging the excitement factor of the content.

He's funny. There are times when he wonders off and starts talking about Labrador and his ex-wife but that takes the mind away from such dry material. He's doing a great job considering the material he is stuck teaching! And he always wears designer, worn out sweaters! I dunno.

The person before me is a deviant! He is so Boring, he goes off topic all the time, always talks about Cape Breton (just shut up already!). I'm an A student, yet I always almost fall asleep in his class. Would not recommend to anyone!

I definitely disagree with many of you here. He is witty, thoroughly explains the material ensuring no one is left behind and prepares you very well for both the midterm and final exam.

very dry lectures, hard to stay awake, always drifted away with what he was talking about, open book exam was only benefit, final exams were marked very easily

Has got to be the worst professor ever. This class won't teach you a thing. If you want to learn about public law just buy the book and read it yourself it'll probably be more useful. Has a mid-term in MARCH and then a final in April worth 75%!!!!!!!!
