All she does is lecture which gets really boring. However, tests are fairly easy and are curved which makes it an easy class as long as you review the slides and the book. Although I did not love the class, I would take her again simply because it was an easy class.

If you want someone to read exactly what is written on powerpoint slides to you than this lady is for you. She is a very nice woman and is willing to help, but all she does is read right off the slides...participate because she gets annoyed when no one answers her...overall a nice lady, decent teacher, but i would not take her again

Nice professor who tries and cares about what she teaches. I enjoyed the classes I took with her for the most part. But, I did find that her discussions weren't always effective and I was sometimes bored (which usually doesn't happen to me). She is by no means a poor professor, just not the most innovative one I have taken. Decent, not fantastic.

Great Professor!! I love Dr. Buckner, I have had her for a few different psych classes and she keeps things interesting and makes sure you understand the content. her classes are a lot of work and are challenging but she is a fair grader and very willing to help. Wonderful person and professor!

Nice professor, Took her in May session and Fall 05 and she is very good. She is very clear on what you need to do, and it is a very low workload. She makes the class interesting because she wants everyone to share. I would highly recommend taking her because she actually cares about her students. Tests are pretty easy and tells you whats on it

I LOVE THIS PROF. She def my fav... I took her for child and adol, and loved it. I completely changed my schedule so I can take her for Sr Sem, and thank god I did. She works with you all the way through it and doesn't give you pointless little assignments like other profs will. I actaully enjoyed my Sr Sem a lot.

very nice lady. interesting discussions in class. some work (discussion board posts, a paper) but really not much. the tests are easy if you take notes or read her powerpoints (which she posts online). there are opportunities for extra credit, and if you are satisfied with your test grades, you don't need to take the final.

Very sweet. Had favorites and it showed. Be a psychsuck-up and answer lots of questions in class and your golden. But if you do your work and get good grades, you can sit and say nothing all semester and still get an A.

Everything is straight foward. Your option to buy the book. I bought it and didnt think that it was necessary. Make sure to do all the assignments and she does random attendance checks (so that can get you.) But overall the class is interesting and there are always good discussions.

She is a really sweet professor. This is a pretty easy class because all her powerpoint lectures on posted online. She takes attendance mostly everyday and once and awhile we have to read articles and post responses online. The exams aren't bad, she gives you review sheets and she's an easy grade
