Seriously, great prof, but he's crazy lol heavy accent and loud. I just met his exwife and shes gorgeous why would he ever let her get away? Classes are good Not too hard, but I cant wrap my mind around how he could ever get someone as classy as her. And she never said bad thing about him. Neither can I. Small world.

Comment:

Mr. Polish Man is a professor I know I won't forget. Though the class is based solely on watching movies, he makes it even more interesting by making you learn the history of the Holocaust rather than just analyze the movie. Quizzes and the finals were a bit tricky, pay attention during lectures after the movie and the class afterward!

Heavy polish accent, very loud, enthusiastic, hilarious, easy tests/quizzes, go to every class, slightly listen and youll kill the final. Take the rosetta stone lab project seriously. One of Edinboros best teachers! Highly recommend.

I had to take this class to complete a World Civ core. It was definitely one of the easier classes. I actually was excited to go to his class everyday. He is super funny and very interactive in class. The only tests were small quizzes on the days of the week and alphabet in different languages. We watched alot of videos, too. Easy A.

Comment:

Dr. Czjedo's class is an absolute riot. He is very funny/crazy, but he means well and teaches quite efficiently. His quizzes are relatively easy and the Rosetta Stone project was fun and interesting. A tip on that, don't do Spanish, French, Italian. He likes your presentation more if you do an unusual language (Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi). Take him!

His pronounce was really difficult to understand at first time. Taking a class is easy and simple. There were quizzes and a final exam but few students hadn't taken a final because they earned enough grade for getting A.

A hilarious professor; tests are all open ended, so flash cards worked really well for me for this class. Interesting material covered, but the project on the Rosetta Stone program took up a lot of time. There is no textbook for the class.

Professor Czejdo is an awesome guy. He is super funny and down to earth. He gives one quiz or one to two homework assignments per week but they're all from an online source and easy to accomplish. His Polish accent is a little too heavy at times but overall he is great and I would definitely take him again.

I just took him for the second time, had him for Russian culture first and this time I had Russian lit. I love this guy -- he can be a bit unclear sometimes, but he makes class fun and allows for a lot of discussion which I enjoy. You'll never be bored in his class even if the material itself is dry.

His oddball enthusiasm makes you want to come to class. What a fun teacher, seriously. I'm into Russian culture as it is, but I love weird teachers who are zany and loud and theatrical, so I gelled really well with his teaching style. If you do the worksheets it'll all be a breeze.

This is the perfect example of a professor who has had no new material in years. His outbursts are simply a desperate attempt at keeping the class awake and interested and the book is biased as all hell. Points are taken off for in-depth answers, so just copy exactly what he says. He fills up the class time with videos and lecture. Didn't learn.

Sure, he's a nice guy, he's funny, his class is easy, and he doesn't take attendance but this is one of the worst classes I've had. I never learned a thing and he smells awful. If you have a question, don't bother because smelling his breath isn't worth it.
