This is my third time taking her in two semesters. If you take good notes and go over them really well then you should be good for the exam. She never puts anything on the exam that she didn't cover in class. I have never gotten anything lower than an A on an exam. She is a tough grader on papers though. Overall I will take any class she teaches

She was great! It's true that she wasn't the easiest of professors, but she was always interested in the opinion of the students and always eager to have meeting if you needed further explanation. Her classes are great, she gives amazing lectures and explains perfectly the book.

Dr. Harris taught me a lot about government, but the class was extremely boring at times and she's a pretty tough grader on her tests. Also assigns a one-page paper a week and three bigger papers throughout the semester.

Dr. Harris was the best professor I had at the University of Scranton. She made class interesting and fun at the same time. There is a lot of work but I really learned a lot in the end. She is an amazing person and probably the best professor I will have during my college career.

Very nice person who wants you to do well. Gives a lot of extra credit. Unfortunately she is very picky on her tests. You give her the answers she gave you and she takes credit away from you. I worked hard enough to get an A/A- and I got a B. I did learn a lot though. Not sure if I would recommend.

Very nice lady...picky grader on tests...but she has to be picky becasue she gives so much extra credit and easy out of class assignments everyone would get an A if she didnt grade the tests picky...you can get 75's on all four tests and still come out of the class with an B+

She is a great teacher. You don't even have to read the book-though I recommend it. Her notes are amazing- she's very clear. She requires 4 out of class assignments to attend things, but they aren't very hard to attend. The tests require a lot of writing.

Dr. Harris is very nice & fair. She lays out in the syllabus what she wants very clearly. If you work hard on the midterm, final, & the 6 projects, you'll do well. Projects aren't a hassle...Actually a big help. Study for the tests though. A lot of info!!

Slanted towards females, but I'm a guy and did well. A little boring, but always tries to take your stupid answer (yeah, I'm talking to you, stupid,) and make it into something useful. Pretty remedial really. Easy grades.
