Avoid taking Bus 400 from Jean-Marie at all costs. His lectures are outdated by 10+ years and it is clear it doesn't care about student success. He literally fell asleep during student presentations. You will get a decent mark - but its not worth it!

This class has a lot of homework, its not difficult but time consuming. Do not take this class if you don't take critical feedback well. He means well, but is direct. I would not recommend taking a three-hour class, it was too much. The slides are awful and extremely confusing as is most of the content and work for the class in general.

This was probably the worst class I have ever enrolled in. The 45 min group presentation is ridiculous.. He grills the presenters right after they finish presenting - tears down everything that they just talked about. Nobody is right except him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a prof who speaks english then this isn't it. Throughout he lecture, he kept mentioning Africa and use it as an example, no offence to the continent of Africa it is a great place but HELLO this class is suppose to be international business strategy not African business strategy.

Textbook is useless, notes are terrible at best, VERY hard to understand. You will learn nothing in this class, and the workload is RIDICULOUS. 7 case write-ups, 3 quizzes, 1 Huge presentation, 1 huge term paper and a final case study exam. All of those are worth 3-10% each. STAY AWAY!
