He is very knowledgeable in his area and is very understanding in the beginning level Digital Media classes. I came into the class with no prior knowledge on how to use the Adobe programs and I have learned a TON from him. Extremely helpful with ideas for projects and and details on how to do them. Very approachable and an all around nice guy.

Have him for Digital Media. He's pretty cool, but I think students who've never used Adobe programs will be a little lost since he goes over programs quickly. But there's the online videos that help too.

Jeff is awesome! He'll show you all the tricks in whatever he's teaching. I took a few of his classes. He has a lot of knowledge in what he's teaching and has an excellent background in education. Always imitating Eric Cartman, and boy does he love his dogs! Great guy!

Took Jeff's emedia class. Awesome instructor and really knowledgeable. Very helpful! There are some negative comments concerning Mr. Murphy. They came from students who were just not motivated and should not be in the art program anyway.I encourage you to take his class. (JUST DO YOUR WORK!!!!!!!!!!

I learned a lot in this class & though a bit annoying at times to take SO many pictures, it really has proven to be worth it b/c I have some stuff that I really like as a result. I'm not a photo major, but I liked this class - much more than photo I. Jeff is cool too and knows his stuff.
