Best professor I have ever had a Penn State! Although the class isn't an easy A, he actually prepares you for the CPA exam.

Go to class and take notes and you'll do fine in his class. If you have access to Becker REG CPA exam review it helped me study for exams and there are sections in Becker that directly correspond to the material that he teaches.

Professor Sharp is probably the best professor I have had at Penn State. Talks college football on Thursdays. Extremely difficult tests, but intellectually stimulating. Knows material is dry, so he breaks up class with fun videos.

Jeff is hands down the best professor at Penn State. Very smart and very funny. The course is very difficult, but its only because he wants his students to learn as much as they can. He keeps lectures interesting (lol funny) and cares about his students more than any professor I've had. Take this class.

Jeff Sharp is a good guy, but the material he teaches is very dry and boring. I think his class would be much better if there were more engagement with the students instead of him just rambling on. He's pretty funny but it was hard to pay attention in class.

Without a doubt one of the best professors I have ever had. He takes the worlds most boring subject (law) and makes the classes so enjoyable that students actually look forward to attending his class.

Jeff is by far the professor in Smeal. He makes dull subject matter enjoyable and makes you laugh quite a bit. You will learn a lot from him. Not only about the UCC, but about life as well.

Uncle Jeff is the man!! Yes, there's no doubt this class is difficult, but he's trying to prepare you for the CPA exam and your life ahead. He also generously curves the exams so the averages are around a B. He loves his Dr. Pepper, talking about football, and the crime-wave of '93. Take this class!! He makes it very enjoyable for what it is.

Dont trust others that say he is hard because he definitely isnt. Curves tests all the time so class average is about 85 every test. Do NOT buy the textbook if you dont have the cash; just go to class everyday and take his notes because he just tests you on his notes anyway. By far the best professor I had so far!

Material is dry, but Sharp keeps the class interesting, which is quite the indicator of his skill as a prof. Definitely one of my favorite profs at PSU. Am taking another law class this semester b/c he's teaching it. He's that good of a prof. 444 was hard, a lot of material, but he excels at presenting it clearly and in a format so you remember

Great professor. Very hard class. Jeff Sharp is one the best professors I've had at Penn State. Very clear in his lectures and really makes them interesting. His exams are very difficult tho. Make sure you study. The questions are situation based so you have to know the law and apply it. He ends up curving the grades tho.

Without a doubt he is the BEST professor I have ever had at Penn State. He truly cares about his students, and wants them to learn about the subject matter. There is no question that this is a really hard class, but it would be a lot worse if Sharp wasn't the one teaching it. He makes class exciting and not unbearable to go to.

Most amazing Professor I have ever had at Penn State! He is life changing. He made me appreciate going to class and learning from an amazing guy. He cares about his students and wants them to succeed. I only wish that everyone at Penn State was forced to take a class with this guy.

Professor Sharp is an amazing teacher who really cares about the subject he teaches and the students that take it. Go to every class, go to office hours before and after your exam so you learn how to take the tests. Study with note cards like he says! One of my favorite classes!! So cute too! =]

Prof. Sharp is a really cool teacher. He made a subject like business law very entertaining. It's not easy by any means though. Tests are trickier than you think, so study more than you think you need to. Don't be late to class or surrender to his wrath. Pretty sure the guy IS the original Dr. Pepper, drinks one everyday in class.

Prof Sharp is a good guy and can make a boring subject interesting. HOWEVER, this is not even close to an easy A. Tests are really tricky (which is understandable because it is law) and all questions are application based, not fact based. If you study a good bit, you can get a B in the class.

Great teacher, one of the best I've had, but a very tough class. Go to class, memorize the notes ESPECIALLY the exceptions to the laws. Loves the DP
