He's easy/hard at the same time. He mumbles and writes sloppy. Tends to erase before you get a chance 2 write it down. if you miss one or 2 consecutive classes and come back, its like you were never gone. He's very slow and every exam we take has something different on it may it be multiple choice or fill in the blanks. Does not provide much help

He's overall a nice guy but just extremely boring. He talks really softly so you have to listen veryy closely. Also all he does is give notes doesn't really explain anything other than what he already has written down. His tests are MOSTLY equations and solving them so if anyhting, study all the equations he introduces.

Avoid taking him at all costs... helped me out at the very end but was very hard and boring and just everything you dont want in a professor. Try taking another teacher although the chem department isnt good at URI so maybe he is the best you can get for 101... good luck guys!!

This was my 3nd time taking Chemistry ..and he was the best teacher ive had! Chem was hard for me, but he made everything somehow make sense. You need to sit in the front to hear what he says..and its easier to decipher what hes writing. I liked him alot

you can't read what he writes. sometimes if you fall asleep in class and wake up about 20 minutes later, he's still on the same subject. the exams are tough but he makes mistakes on they keys sometimes so hopefully it helps you out, but if not, the scale is pretty nice.

He's a really helpful guy if you have questions and seems to know what he's talking about. However, he mumbles and it's sometimes hard to understand them. But he makes the course easy. Lectures are boring, falling asleep is an easy thing to do, but if you pay attention, you will learn a lot. Tests are simple if you go to class and there is no hw.

He's very open to students coming to office hours to get help. And you better get used to it because you won't be able understand anything he mumbles. You've got to be a NSA code breaker to understand his notes. But, despite that...he will spend hours with you to make sure you understand something and that's something a lot of profs won't do...so that's definitely cool. BEST OF LUCK on the EXAMs...light a candle at church and kidnapp the class geek who kills the curve on every exam and you should be fine.
