One of the best profs I've encountered as a math major. Cares, takes pride in his work, looks happy to see me in office hours; he knew my name and where I went wrong on my exam, he had my exam nearby and proactively reviewed it with me. The man is absolutely brilliant, we are lucky to have Dr. Huang. DO NOT EVER SKIP CLASS, YOU'LL DIE.

Combinatorics is unlike anything you've probably seen, so get ready to work to understand the subject matter, it is both beautiful and challenging. Jing is an engaging lecturer and incredibly helpful in office hours. We're lucky to have him, but get ready for a difficult class. Work hard on the homework and practice-midterms and you'll pass just.

His accent is not hard to understand but it is important to make your questions clear when asking to save the trouble of having to clarify. There were practice problems in the note packages but no answers for them. He was very helpful during office hours so if you are struggling with assignments, don't be afraid to visit him.

He has a strong accent but explains thins well enough. If you can complete the assignments, and try the sample quizzes, you should get an A. Lots of questions on quizzes are from assignments and the provided sample/old quizzes. So far I got 100% for every quiz.

Jing is an amazing teacher. Very adorable, always making cheeky/funny comments in lectures to spice things up. Midterms were both very fair with no surprises or surpassingly difficult questions. Final had a couple of tricky questions but that is only fair after two very realistic midterms. Study hard and do well. Attend ALL lectures

Avoid, especially for any first or second year math class. He couldn't explain anything properly. He was impossible to understand even for the math majors..

Doesn't deserve the bad rep he has here. His accent is a little strong and he talks a little quietly, but I thought he covered the material quite well. The assignments and tests were challenging, but completely reasonable.

Has a heavy accent which makes it difficult to understand him. Quizzes are directly from the homework sets. Midterms were very easy but final was quite hard. Overall a good prof, but you will most likely have to rely on the textbook to understand the difficult concepts.

Jing is tough, but has an excellent command of the material. If you can get on the same wavelength as him, you will absorb a lot. Don't brush off his assignments as some little 4% task. Take your time, slowly work on them and they'll become your best tool for comprehension. Tough midterms, very fair final.
