He is a coin toss. Horrible teacher, we live in a technological world and he reads out of the book for an hour, ridiculous. However, he is fair, makes what he expects known. He expects much from his students adn that includes studying (alot) Slightly obnoxious and talks about himself alot. I advise you go to class, do like me and take a crossword

Very boring. He sits in his chair and reads notes off the internet. There are book chapter quizzes and the tests come straight from the book. Each absence is 2 points off of your grade. Takes your highest 5 grades out of 5 exams and your 12 chapter quizzes which can add up to 150 points. Curves exams. Once you make an A, you can stop going to class

Ridiculous. Absolute waste of time going to class. If you want to do well read the book because he doesn't lecture on anything you will see on the test. I got an A and hardly ever went to class if that tells you anything about his lectures. He is a nice guy. Take him if you dont mind reading.

Dr. Childers wins the award for being the worst professor I've ever had in my college career! He does not TEACH class. He tells "stories" the entire class time, swears a lot and makes so many politically incorrect statements that I wanted to walk out of his class many times. I got an A, but I hated every minute of his class.

Dr. Childers is actually a very good teacher if you are willing to work hard. You MUST read the textbook and the tests are very hard. It is possible to do well if you study. His attendence policy is crazy so you have to go to class. Bottom line try hard and you will do well

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!! He is awful. I don't care what your excuse is for being absent he does not care. He is awful, rude, cusses a lot, and gets away with everything. He was reviewed because someone complained and it didn't matter. He acted completely different when he was being watched. He is awful! Tests are a nightmare!!!

Dr. C swears in almost every class, is easily distracted, and makes "jokes" that are not politically correct in the least. His class is hard, so do the large amount of extra credit that he offers, and read the novel. Do all labs, but prepare for labs with pre & post test. Really try to UNDERSTAND the material. You'll cheat yourself if you don't.
