This class can be extremely dry. Dr. Daniels does however do his best to keep the class engaged in the lesson. Most days I left this class feeling like I received equal parts surveying and vocabulary lesson. This man is incredibly intelligent and I would definitely take another class with him.

He loves teaching this class at 8am! The class can be interesting. The book he uses is riddled with errors in the calculations. Tests are set up so one question will determine your answer to the next 5.HINT: he recycles every test and homework assignment with no changes to the questions, but you will never get your test back.

He is such a nice person, but his tests are absolutely difficult. His final exam was aweful!!! Out of 76 students 52 students failed the exam.

Very smart guy. Someone once told me he said he could teach any class within CEGR... and I don't doubt it. Interesting presentation style, you'll find yourself imitating him on occasion. Test aren't that bad. He makes multiple choice harder than it usually should.

Good teacher, but don't care for his exams. He does multiple choice, but bases questions on each other. SO if you make a mistake in the first one and work with the wrong number, you are doomed to loose up to 15 points, since there is no partial credit. Other than that, pretty good. Very lenient about curving, though, in my opinion.

Excellent professor. He is ALWAYS willing to help if you just stop by his office. If you goto class, you will learn a lot. He clearly loves what he teaches and will go out of his way to make sure you understand the material.
