Dr Harpur... he isso nice!!! HE is boring to listen to, and never covers all of the material that is on his midterms. But, he has the best format ever. He has 3 midterms, 2 assignments, and that's it! His miterms are mutliple choice and if you read the textbook, you will do fine! And the best part is that there is no final exam.

Hillarious if you actually stay awake in class to listen to him.. Sense of humour is somewhat like his lectures: Dry. He's very repetitive but this can be good at times, so you don's leave anything out of your notes! I doubt he wants to be teaching this class anyway. I've heard is other classes are fine.

I don't think his dry sense of humour is properly appreciated. He is always 10 minutes late for class, but that means you can be too. He marks very generously and his assignments are straight forward. Class can be a bit long, but it's an easy A if you put any effort into it.

all the multiple choice q's for his tests are from the course webpage. found this out after all tests were done. 60% of course mark = MC YUCK!! 80 pointless 2 min presentations to fill 2 days. always 10 mins late. he will die in the hypercard stacks

Harpur is a really frustrating prof. His classes aren't relevant to the test material 80% of the time, and he repeats himself constantly. His explanations of topics are very unclear. You are much better off not going to class, and using the text.
