He rambles and I fell asleep a lot in class. Attendance isn't mandatory but he does cover A LOT of material, and its kind of hard to study (he posts his lectures on Blackboard too) but going helps on the tests, which aren't overly easy but they are short and you find out your grade in class that day. He gives lots of extra credit too.

While attendance in this class isnt mandatory-I would recommand going to pick up all the extra credit. I believe I totaled something around 12 total extra points to my final grade by doing all of them. His tests seem simple at first glance however, they are tricky. Most of the test is made by the grad. students; see them for help prior to the test

Probably the greatest class I have ever taken. I went to class five times...three times for tests, the first day and once just for fun. He doesn't take attendance, you get opportunities for extra credit and his tests are short and easy if you know the slightest bit about american government. You can easily get an A in this class.

Dr. Stucker is a nice guy. He does not take attendance, he posts his lectures ahead of time on Blackboard. His tests are very hard to study for b/c he covers so much you have no clue what to study for. In his defense, he offers a lot of extra credit so make sure to go everyday. He knows what he's talking about and makes the class interesting.

In all fairness, Stucker's a pretty funny guy. But as a lecturer, he's not too great. He's not very clear when he speaks, and he tends to ramble. The tests are hard as hell but if you attend class and get the extra credit, and study harder than you've ever studied in your life on the exam, you'll do okay.

Dr. Stucker is a horrible lecturer--he is very unclear. He has an ability to talk for 5 minutes about something that can be said in one sentence. Tests are short but tough because the questions are random and I don't feel they completely assess the amount of studying you put into it. Just make sure that you attend class to get all the extra credit.

He is a good professor, and he knows what he's talking about. He mumbles, and sometimes it's hard to understand what he's saying. He can also be unclear at times, but overall... good. Study the lecture notes on-line and you'll be fine.
