Monica is awesome! She is so much fun to listen to, and her classes are ever so interesting! She is not a tough marker, despite what people on here say. You just have to learn to take good notes because they are mostly verbal and not all up on a power point! Sit at the front, pay attention, listen, write what she says, and you will do well!

I loved every minute of Monica's lectures and looked forward to the class every week. She knows her stuff and teaches it in a way nobody else can. She really engages her students, and has left a last impression. Favourite teacher ever - hands down.

Her lectures are interesting, but I wouldn't recommend taking a class from her. She's a difficult marker, and if you don't give her the exact keywords she's looking for on the test, you won't get a good mark. She gives difficult assignments, and her explanations for her grading schemes are wacked! I'd avoid her as a teacher.

After three semesters with her, I wish I could have more. Enthusiastic, upbeat, and with tons of interesting info in her lectures. Her fairly tough grading and tests might not ensure the best mark, but I can promise you that her classes are interesting enough that you will truly learn it, not just memorize and forget.
