logistics majors will find this class interesting. pay attention everyday because everything is important. The study guides are way too long, but they will help. not too hard if you actually like the subject. great professor, take his advice, he really wants to help, lots of experience, and good connections. If you pay attention don't buy the book.

Nice guy but don't take this class unless logistics is your major. I found the class to be really difficult. He teaches for the logistics majors and if you're not one, it's very tough. Really boring material. Only 3 tests, but there is a huge 20 page paper. Don't take unless you have to.

HATED IT!!! I'm a fairly nice person however I expect my prof to speak on the subject at hand. I don't care about going Division 1...I just want to learn about marketing from 6pm-8:50pm. He knows the subject but expects his students to be experts. AVOID if you want a clear understanding and not listing word for word what he's talking about.

not a very good prof. will drag on and on in lecture going off topic making you lost. 70 percent of the class is based on two tests, which are hard. The mulitple choice sections are fairly easy, but his essays he expects you to remember word for word what he told you or what the book told you. Expects way to much from students.

Taylor is cool. Once you get a hang of what he expects his class is easy. Most people bombed the first exam b/c Taylor wants answers word for word off the powerpoint. Don't change any wording! Papers are easy. Attendance is easy points. I got an A.

This guys is a sitckler on vocab, dates, and definitions. I agree that the class is mostly common sense and we barely used the book at all; just print off the slides and bring them to class. I took it in the summer so there was only one papaer to write, and all exams were in blue books.

This class was mostly common sense. It would have been a breeze if it were non SWS. Taylor is funny and really great when he isn't lecturing, but c'mon none of this stuff is very exciting. He loves logistics, and if you participate, he definately grades you up.

Has a 20 page syllabus--No I am not kidding. His test are basically tell me everything you know about marketing. The only good thing is that you are not penalized if you answer incorrectly you get points for each correct answer. The first few lectures are the same. The group project is difficult.

One of the most boring classes I've had at GVSU. But I'm not sure it's all his fault..the material is terrible! No need to listen or study, common sense will earn you an A.
