DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!! The professor is very nice and he knows what he's talking about, but if you're not an econ person, DO NOT TAKE! The test are incredibly difficult and the lectures are so dense that if you daydream for even a minute, you will be totally lost. This is by far the hardest class I have ever taken at Marquette.

Do not overcomplicate the subject. He clearly lets you know what you do and don't need to know for exams. Problems on exams are exactly as they appeared during his lectures. He is very helpful during office hours. Exams and D2L quizzes are easy if you study. Take good notes during his lectures and you will be good to go.

Great teacher, very organized and concise with clear expectations of the students. He will also relate real- world issues to the concepts. The homework and tests can be difficult, but are fair. Overall, I learned a lot and appreciate his teaching style.

Mixed feelings here. A really good guy and knowledgeable on the subject. A bonus with no homework, but a disadvantage since there are few examples to go over. Tells you the makeup the the tests, but makes them ridiculously crafty. Makes you rework the rest problems you got wrong, but then again how do you know what is right if you got it wrong b4?

Daniels is a great teacher. His lectures might not be the most interesting but the information is really beneficial, and he presents it in a helpful way. His jokes and sense of humor are really. HW is easy, Tests are do-able, and he is always willing to help!

If you're good at math, you'll be okay. If you're more 'literary,' some of the things said will be above your head. Know the vocab well bc he uses it in his lectures a lot. He's good at helping so ask! His grading is very strict though: I had him for summer and there are no points for effort/participation.
