Very interesting class. Lectures are extraordinary. Funny informative. Best of any business class I have taken. Test are hard if you dont come to class and pay attention. If you do they are a piece of cake.

Professor Dworak gives great lectures. He uses a lot of real world examples which made the material interesting and a lot easier to understand. Tests are open notes, so take good notes and you'll do fine. He also curves the exams and is very practical with his expectations. His lectures have a lot of energy which kept me engaged and awake!

Wonderful class. Best instructor ever. Makes complicated material easy. Used the textbook but tells you what is important and what is not so you do not waste time reading meaningless stuff. Relates well to students. Really cares.

Absolute best business Professor I have had @ SJSU thus far! He teaches using real examples so that the concepts are easier to absorb & remember. Super smart guy, a real practicing lawyer, and so funny! He is well known & respected on campus & in the community. Glad I took his class. Grades on a curve & seems genuine to students needs! Since he is a real lawyer, he has a lot of great stories to relate to whatever concept he is teaching so that's good. But his exams are really tough, even though he gives out a study guide. I enjoyed his lectures but I wish he had spent more time reviewing before the tests. Overall he is a good lecturer, but his class requires a lot of work.

If you don't attend every single lecture, you will not pass this class. If you don't take notes on every single thing he says, you won't pass this class. Exams are FIB style, open notes, open internet but people still get D's because they don't attend lecture. This man's teaching style is so amazing I have a huge crush on it! Super great prof

Fill in the blank midterms. He gives you a word bank before the exam and you can have it with you along with definitions (open note, not open laptop). He is really funny, and tells great stories in relation to law. He is a lawyer himself and talks about his experiences as well.

One of the best professors I've had in this school. He gives you the idea behind the law and always has a great example that makes it easy to remember. Midterms consisted of fill-in-the-blank essays with a word bank and were open note until one of the students was caught cheating. He then changed it to closed note for the final. Great lectures.

Take him if you want to actually learn. Professor Dworak knows what he is talking about. There are few main things if you want to pass. ATTEND CLASS!! almost all of his midterm and finals are from his lectures. You must understand concepts, you can't just try to remember terms. It's an easy class as long as you listen to his lectures...!
