Professor Williams is without a doubt the worst professor I have ever had. Do not take a course with him. He does not even teach a thing. All he talks about is his degrees and his personal life. I had to teach myself the subject. Also, I am someone who already struggles with math enough and I barley passed because of his lack of ability to teach.

Professor Williams is a terrible teacher. With his introductory to psychology class, he goes off on random tangents that he claims to relate to the class when they absolutely do not. Easy homework assignments but they do not prepare you for the three tests at all.

I would not recommend his introductory psych class as it is incredibly boring. All he does is lecture and tell personal stories that have nothing to do with anything at all. It is a good class to skip, if you're into that. Assignments are all online but his syllabus and online due dates never match up. Of the 120 students in the class, about 15show

Dr. Williams spends most of his class time lecturing & at times it is difficult to decipher whether or not he is actually talking about course material or telling a personal story. Most of what he assigns is unclear and he gives very little guidance on group projects. I decided to withdraw from his research methods course & take it w someone else

This professor does not explain any of the material and tells random stories during the majority of the lecture ;you will be completely lost. 100 question study guide (BUT CANT FIND THE ANSWER BECAUSE HE USES HIS OWN WORDS AND NOT THE TEXTBOOK)and test and since he wrote the book he thinks he can make up stuff . #WORSTPROFESSOREVER .. DONT TAKE !!

Does not explain any of the material and tells random stories during the majority of the lecture. His study guides for tests are extremely long and don't pertain to anything he talks about in class. Curves the tests a little bit but only because if he didn't everyone would be failing his course. 4/10 don't recommend.

Great Professor for any class you take with him. Had him for Statistics wow this class was difficult but it's a material difficulty not a professor difficulty. Had him during spring 2016 made every attempt to have a conversation will recommend to any student coming to EIU! Attending class is a must if you plan to pass, doing the Hw as well!

he was a easy professor. you needed a 49% on the exams to get a c in the class, provided you do all the other work, like labs and homework. he did tend to go off on tangents, though, and i felt like i had to teach myself a lot of the material.

Get ready to teach yourself. He does not teach. He expects you to know everything, and if you don't then he acts like you're stupid. He always goes off topic. Oh, and it takes him 2 hours to go over only two problems. Many times, he was wrong with problems and we were right. He's a nice guy, but not a good teacher.

Dr. Williams is great! Made statistics very interesting and easy to follow. He has lots of little super easy assignments that get you extra points. And he has created cheat sheets that help guide you through the math. So you don't have to memorize formulas. P.S. READ THE BOOK he tests on everything even stuff he doesn't talk about in class.

It is unfortante, i look through his reviews he used to get good remarks, not anymore. Because his teaching has obviously gone down hill. and its bcuz he doesnt teach the book he wrote. he goes off on rants about animal testing and when he does that i dnt pay attention. & also we took 3 pages of notes for 300 pages of reading... didnt help on test

He is the rudest teacher ever. He wouldn't let me make up work I missed when I was sick. He doesn't care about the students. The tests are the study guide he gives out, and his lecture do not help at all. Don't take him. He tries to be funny, but just ends up being mean.

He was a pretty good teacher. His lectures were clear and the notes were good, even though when it comes to studying, they don't help too much. I suggest going to lectures though, because he did write the book used in this class, so he can explain what might be confusing in the book. Tests weren't that bad.

He makes class fun, but he gets off topic frequently. I would recommend him mostly for how easy he is. The quizzes are online crosswords so you can do them out of the book. If you ever miss any of the crossword quizzes he puts them back up eventually. He makes you participate in studies.

I loved this teacher. I never missed a class so I don't know how mandatory attendance really was. He put notes and quizzes online, but the notes were posted way after lecture. Homework came RIGHT from the book usually. He was really helpful and approachable, and offered to write me a letter of rec.
