When there are areas of confusion in online discussions, it would be nice to have her input. She gives answers in her own post after the discussion ends. When grading assignments, she will tell you correct answers but will not show you the steps to do the problem for future reference. Get a tutor if you're struggling.

The professor never posted anything to the class the entire semester, so if you have questions don't expect there to be any clarification. Also, on a few assignments she 'corrected' some problems (didnt provide any explanations) and the numbers didnt even match up with the textbook. Be prepared to be confused!

I don't understand why this teacher got such low ratings. She was wonderful, I thought. And, I'm not just saying that b/c I got an A+. Anytime I had a ?, she was always willing to explain and even have me call her. She seemed to care a great deal about her students. She had great knowledge about the course work. I would take her again...

horrible communication.. called me once to talk and made little to no sense when asking a question.. got lots of 'i don't understand where you are coming from', but no real help.. didn't seem very interested in teaching the class.. or even being a part of it

Although fairly prompt on marking papers, her comments are not only useless, they're frustrating. Example: When my answer to a problem was apparently wrong, her comment was 'I have no idea what you are talking about', so I was left with no clue as to what the correct answer could be.
