Judy is honestly one of the best professors that I have had here. She truly cares about you and will help you through anything in the course. She has 3 papers and multiple homework assignments. The nicest part about this professor is that she will let you revise any paper as many times as you want until you are happy with your grade!

Comment:

Judy is great. She understands when life happens and you need an extension or a day off. But don't take advantage of her kindness because she will see through you if you don't put any effort into assignments. Class was relatively easy and class discussions where fun. Don't fall behind on weekly journal assignments because they will add up quickly.

Judy is a fantastic professor. I felt strongly enough about this that I requested special permission from my Dean in order to delay my graduation an entire semester just to be able to take class with her specifically (yes, really). Beyond being an approachable and caring professor with excellent feedback, Judy is an all-around great human being.

A triggering and upsetting topic was brought up in class and put me in a position where I had to leave. When I asked her to be mindful of triggers she said she would be but two weeks letter she invited another upsetting discussion without warning me or making space for others comfort. She has clear favorites and allows them to get away with things

Judy is by far the best professor I have ever had. She lets you had in revisions whenever you want and she doesn't care at all if you hand things in late. She is so nice and caring and I would 100% recommend her.

Judy Halden-Sullivan was a fantastic professor, who truly cares about her students. She was easy to talk to. Her class was fun and I enjoyed going. I went into the semester with no interest in writing for fun. At the end of the semester I started a blog.

OG Judy is awesome. Although it was a Gen Ed Course, having her as the professor made it one of the best classes I have ever taken. She is extremely flexible, easy going, a little quirky, and a sweet heart. English 110 was very enjoyable and laid back. I would definitely take another class with her. I highly recommend her!

Judy was absolutely amazing. I've always liked English, even though I'm a music major, but I loved this class and learned so much. We covered real world topics and got to write about our own subjects. I've never been more pleased with a teacher. TAKE JUDY FOR EVERY ENGLISH CLASS YOU CAN.

Three words: take her class. She is the most helpful, engaging and inspiring professor I have ever had. Your writing will improve significantly after completing her course. The workload isn't more or less than any other upper-level writing course, but it is very stress-free. I really enjoyed the class, and the discussions that were had in it.
