Her humor is dry and the test are broad. You have to READ, READ, READ & LIVE CLASS NOTES (EVERY word). Quizzes are a JOKE/POINTLESS. If can avoid her, do so...she expects everyone to have this "love" for political science.

Don't get me wrong, she seems like a nice person, but she isn't the best teacher. Her exams are not that hard, as long as you study hard. EPG papers are hard to get anything higher than a C on. It's not that hard of a class, but you just have to know your stuff, and turn in everything on time, or you're screwed. Again, nice person..."ok" teacher.

Great professor. She's tough but very encouraging. She tries to keep class alive by adding her quirky sense of humor to class discussions. The EPG papers are easy. My advice: read the book and review your notes consistently, and you'll do fine. But, you must READ THE BOOK!

Really hard teacher but you'll learn a lot. The reading is pretty ridiculous and the EPG papers can creep up on you. The key is to review everyday and you should be fine.

This teacher does not require attendance but do not underestimate her. This class is so hard. If you are not a history person DO NOT TAKE HER. Her test are ridiculous and she gives pop current event quizes, you are required to attend at least 2 events outside of class. She is a really sweet lady, but a really hard professor!

She explains things very well in class. She gives lots of examples and really discusses things in depth. She is very helpful, but her tests are HARD! You can easily pass though if you read the book. About half of the test comes from the readings only, the rest is lecture stuff. If you don't like to read don't take her.

This Breast Cancer class is very interesting and you learn a lot. You do have to read the two books that are assigned for the class, but you only read them chapter by chapter and discuss them in class. It was more like being in a book club.

This woman is also my advisor...she has high expectations for her students but her tests do come straight from lecture and reading! I thought her grading was fair but her organization is hard to follow sometimes. She has helped me so many times when I asked for it and not fussed when I expected it

She was a hard teacher...it was a tough class. But she challenges you to do your best because you have to earn your grade. I learned a lot that I never thought I could in a very short time. If you want a challenge, I recommend her. Second time I felt that the money I pay to go school was worth it.
