She is very clear in her notes, but if you ever have a question she makes you feel like you are the stupidest person alive. Tests are absolutely ridiculous, and they probably have us take the ACS exam just to watch our grade take a dump.

She is an amazing teacher. She loves the class and gives amazing notes. Just focus on the mechanisms and understand the spectra and you'll ace the class. Just beware of the ACS exam, it's the devil.

I love Dr. Quaal. She is the best organic teacher ever!!! Her notes are very clear, and she really has a deep interest in the material and is able to convey it eloquently through her lectures.

Plus she is very understanding and willing to help with problems outside of class...she's like a mom or a really good friend and extremely knowledgeble

her class is hard but she is very understnading and compromising. her lectures are well laid out in a packet and lab with her is pretty easy. BEWARE her lab grading tho, she rarely gives out anything above an 89 unless its a dissertation.
