Tests are hard. If you want to learn but fail, take him. He gives you very difficult labs and hw. Very tough grader. No curves. Dislikes people working together and expects work to be done his way even if it functions the same way another way. Great professor, but very unfair. you have to know coding and every thing before you take his class.

Best professor I have had so far, but also the only that has made me work for my grade. The class was curved about %7 to bring the class average up to around a %73 and both the midterm and final have a question that he gives everyone full credit for.

Dr. Z is easily the best professor at CSUSB. His lectures are clear and concise. 5 homeworks, 1 midterm, 1 final. Reading the book is important if you want to do well.

Dr Zemoudeh is amazing professor, he teaches this class really good. But, most of the time reading the book is required to understand the material. There 5 Home-works, 1 Midterm . and Final. Don't expect this class to be easy, its tough.

He isn't as hard as people make him out to be. 10 labs, 4 hw 2 tests. Advice for tests go over all the labs and homework assignments and understand how they work. His tests aren't impossible as people making it out to be they just make you think just read and be careful and don't misread it. Overall best professor for this subject TAKE HIM!

Zemoudeh is an excellent professor and explains things very clearly. Very helpful during office hours. His class is not difficult if you know how to program (apparently most students at CSUSB don't) and do your work on time and not wait until the last minute. The book is extremely important, it has code that helps with labs.

The class starts off at a running speed. If you don't remember the prerequisite math make sure to brush up on it or you will be left behind. The book is math heavy at parts which makes it hard to read. Paying attention in lecture is a must. He writes really fast so getting left behind happens often. If asked he will slow down. Good prof but is hard

Zemoudeh is arguably the best CS professor on hand at CSUSB. You have to be self motivated to put the time in to do well in his classes, but you will undoubtedly learn a great deal from the material he presents. I would heartily recommend him for anyone who wants to ensure they make the most of their CS or CSE courses.

If you do not know how to program in C++, do not take 460 with him. By know how to program, i mean, know how classes work, pointers, function, data structures, assembly, etc. You will mostlikely get a really bad grade or worse, fail, if you take this class and are not prepared. However, if you do take it, you will learn so much! Be prepard to work!

Dr. Zemoudah is a good professor compared to many other professors; However he is not an easy professor he explain the subject really well and therefore expects you to put in a lot of work and understand what you are doing. he is known to give Ds and Fs. if you want an easy class then avoid. if you want to learn then he is your best bet.

Difficult subject, but he does a pretty good job of explaining it. Grade was made up of two tests and a few homework assignments. Tests were graded fairly, and were pretty straightforward. Same with homework, and if you ever needed help with homework he was more than willing to help. Overall good professor, I feel like I learned a lot about subject

You don't take a Zemoudeh class to get an A, you take his classes to learn the material. He's strict to his coding style but its a general standard, nothing he made up. Lab attendance is mandatory. He's so helpful, though. If your serious about the field, he's your only option.

VERY HARD PROFESSOR. It has to be done his way or its wrong. He will not give you partial credit. All my labs complied but he gave me 50s because it was not good enough. I am honestly considering retaking the course because he was NO help at all. Now I am worried about my gpa because of him and this class.
