Keith is a very knowledgable professor, and he is good at explaining himself. However, he makes you work hard to earn good marks. Finance is not an easy course, so you'll have to do all of the assigned problems in order to well in Keith's class.

DO NOT TAKE KEITH. Very hard marker, he tells his students to show all there work to get partial marks when he really never gives any. He often shows favouritism towards certain students. No where near helpful, does not care about his students success & cannot manage time. The other ratings are very deceiving, I had thought he was a good prof.

Keith is honestly the worst professor anyone can have. He teaches things out of thin air expecting you to understand. Takes one entire class to finish an example, and makes the simplest thing confusing. Does not do review for any tests and when asked to specify what kinds of questions will be on tests or exam he says to study everything.

funny but confusing. Keith doesn't explain using textbook or powerpoints, he teaches out of thin air. no homework is ever assigned. Most concepts are hard to understand. Tests are tough. Doesn't even give solutions for mid-terms unless you show him that you attempted to correct your mistakes. remember all the formulas. no cheat sheet provided.

Keith is one of the best teachers. His teaching style is amazing, I remember sitting for an exam and could remember the answer easily as Keith's story came to mind. He teaches by telling you a case or story, which helps you remember. You need to do the homework assigned and tell him if you were unable to solve it. Work hard and you will learn.

Keith is a great teacher. He is very knowledgeable and loves teaching. This is not an easy course, you need to do all the assigned problems. If you do all the problems you will do great on tests and exams. You learn a lot on his classes. If you're planning to go for CPA you should definitely take him.

I had taken Advance Finance through CGA before retaking this course with Keith. I understood nothing when I did it alone. I found Keith's explanations and examples to get me to relate to the material fantastic. He really knows his stuff and how to get you to make an abstract concept into something you can understand. He's great!

Nice guy and he means well.. But he is very difficult to learn from. He rarely does examples on the board, and he expects students to understand things from his confusing lectures with no visual examples... And when he finally does an example, he takes so long to do them that we only have time for 1 or 2 a class..

Keith, is a horrible teacher. Great man, but horrible at making us understand. Everything done in theory. nothing done on the board. He tries the approach of us thinking critically about it it and then showing us how to do it. This is the wrong way we learn. Show then explain and we will all understand, and do well.

Bad teacher. Examples are done theoretically, and not shown on the board. I think Keith needs to understand that Accounting students are practical not theoretical. I understand he tries to help us think that way but he needs a better tactic. Doesn't know how to explain things in a different way to help us understand. His way or the highway.

He made everything very easy to understand, he uses clear examples within every lecture and gives tests and quizzes that are very reasonable. No complaints whatsoever. If anyone is looking to take COST 2 or Finance I'd definitely recommend him.

I had Keith last semester for Cost 2 and still wonder what part of the material he actually "taught". He leads the classes with his useless examples and spends more time conversing than teaching the work. Stay in Orangeville Keith!
