Only hard to follow if you haven't done the readings. Actually expects you to use your brain for critical thinking instead of just memorizing ratio. If you have a problem with understanding him, it's not him. I got my highest marks from his classes (I took 3)and always felt I learned the most and was most challenged.

Cooper is a brilliant tort expert - one of the leading in Canada! He is scattered in lectures and skips all over, but if you read supplement tort - "Essentials" - no problems.
