Horrible experience!!! Took her class about two years ago with a friend. I am an honor student and I barely managed a C. Doesn't teach well and made this a very boring class! The friend that took this class with me and failed, retook the class with another teacher and loved it. Get out while you can!!!

Yuck! I think everyone dropped her except 5 students in my class. She is a horrible teacher. She tells you stories about her dog and it doesn't have anything to do with Psych. She makes me wonder are all Psych teacher like her. Where they need Psych themselves.

I took Dr. Lanier's class in Spring 2005. She was a tough teacher but if you read the chapters and do the homework she assigns, you will be prepared for her tests. They are harder than other tests I've taken but I was able to make a good B in her class that I worked for and so don't give up! You could make an A if you think positively!

She gave out homework questions for every chapter, and her tests came from these questions. I didn't score less than 96 on any of her tests by just reading the book, and focusing on answers to the homework questions. Sometimes you need work out side of class.

I have had such a great experience with professors until now. Not to sound redundant after everyone else's posts, but Ms. Lanier is the worst teacher I've ever had. It was an online class, and she took weeks to respond to questions.

She is by far the worst teacher I have ever had. She does not teach the material that you are tested on. Will not remember what she says to the class. When she messes up always blames the student. I am a 4.0 Student and I could not pass the class. Shs is rude and her class is a waste of time.

I am a 32 year old Radiology Major, needing this class to get into CMC Radiology Program, I went for 6 weeks and currently withdrew because of her inability to teach. I am an A/B student and the highest I got on a test was a 56. I was very disappointed.

GET OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!! You can't pass, she is very bad and her lectures make NO sense. I read each of the chapters and I still made a 82, 62, 54, 56, and a 52 on the test, I am a honor student and this is a travesty. Again GET OUT NOW!!!!

Would not take control of the class. Was oblivious to the rude people who talked the whole time and disturbed the ones trying to listen. Ms. Lanier, you had the right to ask those people to leave. We see they eventually dropped!
