Dr. Anna is amazing. Ochem is an extremely challenging course but she makes it very do-able. If you go into her office hours she will help you tremendously. Buy the booklet she offers and do the supplement questions, study hard, and you will go well

Dr. Anna is a very good professor, although extremely challenging. She talks extremely fast during lecture and the tests are lengthy and hard. I really do NOT recommend taking this course with other hard classes. I made that mistake and it resulted in me dropping the class. This course requires a tremendous amount of time for studying!

She's the best chem prof MU has. Take another one to tell the diff. She's very clear and if you take the time to study, you'll get an a. O Chem is extremely hard; the finals kill, through no fault of hers though.

It's true that Dr. Anna is really tough, but it really is to help you. Her tests are very challenging and lengthy, but she pushes you to try your best! She is a really nice and very helpful and approachable professor! Just make sure you go to class, take good notes, and study quite a bit and you'll do fine.

Anyone who complains about her, clearly does not want to do the work. She is fair, but she is also tough. Keep up with your work and ask questions. If you don't understand, it is your own fault for not getting help.

I was planning on going to med school before I had her for a teacher. She took my 3.85 average and drove it into a ditch. I lost two scholarships and feel like a failure. She doesn't really teach-just writes on the board and talks as fast as she possibly can. You will spend lecture trying to keep up with notes. Unless you want punishment, AVOID!!!

Dr. Anna takes a difficult course and makes it clear, organized, and grades more than fairly. You will love her, but be prepared to work hard and keep up with your studying everyday or you will fall behind quickly. I feel relieved to have gotten through it with a passing grade, but I truly enjoyed the course and look forward to 232!

Wonderful Teacher! She is so friendly and willing to help. She is the first good chem teacher I have ever had. Organic Chem is hard, but she is very organized and talented at teaching. Her tests are challenging but not impossible.

Dr. Anna is by far my favorite professor at Millersville. She is organized, straightforward and helpful. Just do the work. If you want an easy class, don't take organic chem, but hopefully if you're in college or interested in science you understand by now you'll have to study to succeed. Don't expect a handout.

Dr. Anna is one of the best chem prof's at MU, which says a lot because they are all great. Its not an easy class but what science class is? Work hard, ask lots of questions, and study and you'll be fine.

I love Dr. Anna! Lecture moves fast and tests are hard, but if you study, do practice problems, and go to her if you need extra help, you're fine. She's also very fair and negotiable about exam dates and due dates. Take her!

She's everything you want your wife to be when they're her age...funny, intelligent, good-looking. But that's about all she has going for her. her lectures are scatter-brained and her test seem like they come straight from the gates of hell.

she moves way too fast and goes way too in depth when it isn't needed. Flies through hard parts and just expects you to know it. Gives a lot of really hard homework assignments, and tries to trick you on tests. Overall teaching quality is not good at all. She is however really nice and willing to help. I'd avoid if at all possible.

Don't try taking 103 somewhere else and then taking this class at MU. It's impossible. I am a straight A student, except for this class. Labs aren't bad, but tests are hard.

Dr. Anna is very nice and very helpful one on one, but her lectures move very fast! I spend most of the time just trying to copy down what she writes on the board so that I can figure it out later. CHEM 103 was moderately easy. CHEM 104 kicked my butt. Doesn't assign homework except for Pre and Post lab assignments. Extremely intelligent woman.

Comment:
Dr. Anna, if only judging by the number of mistakes she made during lectures, is absolutely the most incompetent professor ever, should you choose to even consider her one. However, she is exactly what universities nowadays cherish: PhD, egotism, utter indifference to those she claims to "teach." Her reward: tenure (aka. a license to be useless).

Great teacher. Everyone who complains are just slackers. O Chem is kinda hard anyway, don't blame the teacher, just do your homework and it's easy. She makes it much less painful than many other O Chem teachers. Sheppard is much more confusing, although slightly more humorous. He took too much LSD

The problem sets are difficult because we don't always cover all the material in the class, but she's very helpful if you see her outside of class. Lab definitley pulls your grade up. I thought I was getting a C, I got a B.
