She is a great teacher who really cares about her students and her subject matter. I have had two classes with her and she is by far my favorite teacher. We read some great books in this class and we did a simulation game which was really fun. If you have a chance I highly recommend taking a class with Professor Jensen:).

Professor Jensen is amazing. I have had two classes with her, and I think she is one of the best professors in the political science department. She made me look at social issues in a completely different light. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in public policy.

As others have noted, Prof. Jensen is a first rate lecturer and a thorough, caring teacher. Pay heed to the readings and you'll do fine. Being a good writer also helps since essays are the sole means of grading.

Prof. Jensen is awesome. Seems to care about students and UMass. She is a great lecturer and the reading material is very interesting. She makes class fly by. You don't have to take many notes because you just absorb everything she talks about. Definitely Recommend to Poli Sci majors.
