She is a compassionate person, but she comes off otherwise. You cant count on learning property solely from her, you have to do some of the work yourself, which is how law school is suppose to work.

3L here:The lectures make no sense, tryin to understand her in class has been one of the hardest things Ive had to do in my life. Her book makes no sense,it is horribly edited and the notes are incoherent. She assigns readings and then talks about somethin else, says things in class that are incorrect

i agree about the slides, but if your sole interest is to slavishly follow the book, then yeah she'll disappoint you. however, if your interest is grasping the concepts then you won't mind her teaching style

She makes powerpoint slides, but then doesnt let us see 3/4 of them and skims over most of the slides we do see. Hard to follow lecture. You never really know what to read and when she does assign a reading we either dont discuss it or talk about a case that's not in the book.

One of the most arrogant and self-impressed law professors I've ever met... and that's saying something.

Smart, but tough. One of the most difficult classes I've had. Holds you to standards that people don't expect anymore. HATES is when people act unprofessional or unattentive.
