She is very nice but desiving! You basically have to be asian or suck up a lot to her to get a good grade in the class. She grades harder to students in which english is their first languange.

Not only did I learn nothing in this class, I could not manage to get an A. The outline is so confusing and grading is pretty arbitrary. The best bet is got to every class and try to be a favorite.

I find that she was a very nice teacher but she does assign a lot of work. If you are a hard worker and intelligent, you will get a good grade in the class. Get on her good side, hand in good assignments and you should get an A. She doesn't give out as many As as she used so you really have to earn it.

Comment:

A great professor who is eager to help students in any which way she can. She's just very unclear with what is required throughout the year and constantly changes the course schedule. This can be very frustrating.

Yes she's nice.. Yes she's helpful and sweet. But she gives TONS of work and she can't give any A's any more. There is a lot of confusion in class since she never sticks to the outline and keeps changing date and assignments. Go Marks Higgins by farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

From the time she implemented her “final solution” and by forcing the “class monkeys” to sit on in a different section, she proved to be a great leader. Linda A truly is a woman with a vision of a new, pure and cleansed world that would even bring tears to the eyes of the late, great Mussolini.

I dunno about the fact that she can't give out A's anymore. I found her class to have a lot more work than the other Comm Profs. But, she's really good with the grades and she's lenient about due dates. I would recommend her over the other profs.
