hilarious - enjoyed class so much I took her twice (not the same class) Lectures thorough enough to pass exam w/o bothering with textbook. Sometimes it seems like she gives many assignments, so she takes a while to grade. However, I feel as though she grades on the generous side. I know she reads these, so may u get many chili peppers sistah

"The Linda' made this class interesting. She is hot-ish, obnoxiously funny to make the class interesting. Word of the wise- Choose your teams wisely, otherwise it's going to suck for you. I saw other teams implode badly. Expect to be working in groups all semester long. if you fail, you must be the problem. Did i mention she is hot? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Expect to work for your grade in this class and expect to learn. She is not easy , in fact she is pretty tough. Do all your readings, apply concepts and theories, take extensive notes and ask tons of questions when you are confused. Study with your group, make sure you are on top of all of your readings, do it before class; really helpful.

Dr. McCroskey is the reason I switched over to COMM. Always available, even by cell phone. You can take her for a small class or a large lecture, and she'll make you feel as if it is only you and her. Take her.

Amazing Professor ! She makes time fly by. Her theories are very interesting and makes class fun. She give lots of extra credit so you're dumb if you don't get at least a B. Do study for her quizzes because they are worth the most points. (40) Buy her a rockstar energy drink, root for the Oklahoma Sooners football team and she will LOVE you! LOL

Com 306- I really enjoyed her class. She does tend to get off topic and talk about her personal life but i believe this makes her more approachable and helpful. She has 6-7 quizzes in the class that are worth 40 points every other week. There are also 2 exams (Midterm and Final). Also she provides an outline of the lecture on Beach board :)

Dr. m is the best teacher I have ever taken, she is full of energy and intelligence. I loved her class she made it interesting every time . She gives a mid term, final and a few quizzes that are all from the book quizzes, she is always there to help you and gives great feedback. show up and stay off your phone. She is a amazing teacher.

She is a GREAT professor. I love this challenge this class is giving me. Prepare for quizzes, they are the exam. READ READ READ READ READ. This class is not a 100 rhetorician class. you will actually need to know concepts - there is an right answer in this class. Understand concepts, practice by applying them to your life and you will be fine!

So true she is excellent. Knows how to engage us to learn. Most valuable lesson I learned is that I am responsible for my own learning and blaming others is what many do instead of looking in the mirror. She made me want to learn. I wanted to learn!

what a change from the stiffs teach in business. i like her as a person and as a teacher. she cares about us. that is rare in the cut throat world of business. 5 years later she gave me a LOR. she actualy remembered me and my project because she kept our files. REGRET taking this class. Yes, she gives EC but that is because she knows a large chunk of her class will fail without it. The quizzes and tests are worded tricky and even if you study, do the review and read, her test questions aren't clear.

By far the worst professor at CSULB!!! 307 is already a hard class and McCroskey just makes it that much worse! She doesn't follow the syllabus and randomly gives assignments and quizzes that are super difficult. Her lectures are scattered and the book won't help you. I will never take her again!

She is the Definition of excellent communication. If you want to be a good communicator pay attention to the way she engages the class. I left the course happy to have an A and had to do little difficult work. Although, tests are a little difficult. She is a GREAT teacher, & my new communication idol! Im taking her for every class possible!
