She's one of the nicest professors I've met here, but I struggled throughout the entire semester because I couldn't understand hardly ANYTHING she said! I ended up just reading from the book and trying to relate that to what notes I managed to take from class. She's very willing to help though, you just have to ask.

I would recommend taking her. The only problem is sometimes she goes too fast and you have to look at the problem again later to really understand. She gives quizzes almost every day, but they are exactly like the homework problems she assigns.Tests are just like homework and quizzes. If you do the homework, it's a pretty easy A and very easy B.

Good teacher. The material is what makes the class hard not her. Her English isn't the best but she makes up for it by writing everything up on the board and repeating herself. I am going to try to take her again. I would suggest her to anyone. Good teacher.

OMG hate MTH 220 hate everything about math in general. BUT Mrs. Liu IS THE BEST MATH TEACHER if you do not take her you will be sorry she is so nice and really like helping her students and please go to her office she will make anything you don't understand CLEAR. She truely is a GREAT teacher.

Most of this math dep't is horrible, but other than her accent Ms. Liu is very clear(and HOT!)when teaching the material and is very approachable for help outside of class. Do the homework, it isn't much, and you'll do fine on the daily quizzes from which she pulls the exam questions from.
