I love her, she is funny, and makes class fun. We had class outside every time it was nice out. She is a lovely human being. I enjoyed every project we had to do surprisingly enough, including a research paper (10 pages) because I was interested in my topic. She goes off topic a lot but it is very interesting and still pertains to anthropology.

Good professor. I didn't buy the textbook for this class and still did well. Her lectures pretty much help you in passing her final exam. One thing is that she goes off topic a lot.

Makes class conversational but hardly covers ANY course material. Often goes on conservative/libertarian rants that have nothing to do with the class. 12-15 page midterm paper. Uses 5 year outdated syllabus. Cumulative final based on vocab words is hard because she barely covers course material. If you want to work hard and learn nothing, take her.

If I wanted to know about the news I would pick up a newspaper myself and save myself the money wasted on taking this class. Hardly lectures, always wants a "discussion" which is her just babbling to some kid who likes wasting class time. She's definetly not mean though and if you want an easy class where you hardly learn a thing take it w/her

nice lady but not the brightest crayon in the crayon box...we rarely talked aout physical anthropology in class, and spent most of the time discussing news articles and planning a "save the bonobos" carnival...so the final was hard. and she misquoted indiana jones the first day of class *tear*...easy, but painful A

Really nice lady but her classes barely go over the material on the final -- Pretty much you're responsible for all the material in the text (which is on the final). She grades her papers really easily though.

A little odd. she decided to meet on thursdays only and when we did meet we really didn't do much. She was a very nice lady but I really didn't learn much from her. Everything that I took out of that class came from the textbook.

Nice person, lots of fun trips. does not explain final, which is the only test. fun class, let's you out early. the only things your learn is from the trips though, she tells personal stories which are interesting, but doesn't lecture much.
