Comment:

Dr. Youll is very helpful. Lectures are a bit long but she incorporates movies and simple activities too. Attend class so you don't miss the assignments in class (100 points each). Tests were VERY easy. She even curves tests grades. Do the SONA experiments (easy)!!! One 5 page research paper (start early, lol). Gives extra credit sometimes too.

She is a very sweet lady, and she makes herself available for anyone who may need help. She can be flexible, and her lectures are pretty clear. Loved her!

Easy class. Just take notes and study for the easy(ish) exams. She will make you do 5 research participation things, or write 2 short papers, but they are super easy if you find them online in time.

If you attend class Professor Youll will give you extra credit assignments that definitely will help your grade. You need to come to class as expected because she talks about everything that will be on the exam. She is very nice and is not intimidating like some psychology professors can be.

Fun class, Youll tells you pretty much everything you need to know. You don't have to go to class, but she has random assignments that count for credit in class so you should probably go. Don't save your work for the last week! Final isn't comprehensive, so that was nice.

Dr. Youll in my opinion is the best professor in the Psychology department. She's helpful, unintimidating, gives great clarity, amazing lectures, you'll leave her classes learning the material and feel inspired!

I like her style of teaching because all you do is show up and take notes. After that, you take a test. She is sort of a nerd, but she can be funny and sometimes surprising. She is easy, so I would recommend her. She also gives out a LOT of extra credit, which bumped me up a letter grade. She responded to my emails. She's a helpful professor.

She is truly an excellent professor, even better, an amazing person. Enjoyed her class at 8:00 a.m. (Struggle was real). She allows students to comment and share, but don't contradict her, or correct her. Unlimited online quizzes, 4 in class tests, 1 research, and 1 literature review paper. She grades on a curve, and is flexible. I loved her!

Dr. Youll is amazing, wonderful, and caring professor! Probably one of the best professors at UCO! The class is very easy. If you don't try at all, you'll get a C or B. If you try a little,attend class(that isn't mandatory),listen,READ THE POWERPOINTS,youll get an A. You don't really "need" the book(I never read it). She offers lots of extra credit

First time taking her class for intersession courses, which is not bad at all. Just review your notes after class, and read the book for more clarity and to do well on her morning quizzes. Pretty intense class for 2 exams, group project and a paper. She took many breaks and was very slow. Still have not gotten my grade yet.

Prof was wonderful, she made sure everyone understood the material before she moved on. I took this class as an one-week intersession course, which was intense, but the tests and half the quizzes were open book open notes. The presentation at the end of the course, BE CREATIVE!!! If you think you are struggling talk to her! She will help you!

If you take this class as an intersession..let me warn you..it's a lot of work. Don't expect to just walk in and do nothing. She's very lenient in her grading but you have to work for it. It's a great class though. There is a fun group presentation that you get to do at the end.

In class, covering lecture material can be mundane at times. Outside of class, she is by far the nicest, most approachable, and most willing to help of any professor I ever had. She WILL notice & remember you. If you pay attention and do the work (even though it's not always fun), you will end up both learning a great deal & getting a good grade

Intersession; boring prof, but she has her moments of brilliance/humor. Lecture format is sporadic. Quizzes/tests were open book. I say don't buy the book. You can get an A if you retain info well. Otherwise spend $100 for the open book tests. Not hard class, just hard to stay awake. 3+ hours spent on breaks each day which is just a waste of time.
