Not the best, but okay. She moves fast through the content, but you can slow her down by asking questions, and she'll do her best to help you understand. It's half concept/applied so not too bad, and she gives study guides. Attendance counts as a grade & you should probably go or you'll be lost anyway. Stats just sucks tbh not the teacher's fault.

She is a very good teacher! She is very helpful, all you have to do is ask for it! Her tests are not math based, but logic based. I am terrible at math and this is the best I've ever done in a math class! This is a teacher who truly cares about her students! Attendance is about 5% of your overall grade.

Statistics is a hard subject, you have to work hard but eventually it is possible with effort. Mrs. Hollingsworth was a big help to me, never denied her time. I will always appreciate her sense of teaching.

She is a very smart lady & knows what she is talking about. The hour and fifteen minutes can get very long since it is straight lecture and note taking. You have online quizzes over the homework, 3 tests, and a final. If you pay attention in class and study your notes, you will do fine in the class. And know when to use each formula.

Very good teacher just moves through things pretty quick. Must pay attention in class because she teaches a little different than the book so you are ready for tests. You get points every day for being in class!

Ms. Hollingsworth is a really nice teacher. She is really smart, however, so getting her to slow down and clarify will be of difficulty. If you pay close attention, you wont miss a beat. The class itself was incredibly easy. You show up, relearn the stuff you've known since high school, and take a test that is exactly like her online examples.

This class was really easy. You get 10 questions assigned online each lesson and they are super easy. You only have a few quizzes out of class and you can go to the tutor and get all the answers. The tests are all multiple choicetrue-false so you have a really good chance. She just isn't that great at answering questions, but the tutor is good.

College Algebra was easy in itself because most of the work was done online. The tests were multiple choice, so most of the time you dint even have to work the problems fully to figure out the answer. Ms. Hollingsworth is very kind and is elated when you come to her office for anything. In class, so if you need it slowed down, go to her office.

The class was very difficult, pretty unapplicable. She made it as easy as possible, but it was still difficult. It takes a lot of outside work but she's very helpful if you pursue it.

Her class is too confusing, even went to her office to get help, I asked her a question, she pretty much just repeated what I already knew, and did not explain my question! I went to a tutor, tutor explained it in 5 mins. I understood it completely. Considering dropping the class!

Class very easy but she is not a very good teacher. Yes all the fundamentals classes have to stay together but I took Calculus in high school and she made math confusing. I transferred out of her class after only two classes. Benson is a much better teacher.

Honestly, she is a great teacher. She does move through Fundamentals of Math quickly, but she also has to stay at the same pace with the other teachers. If you are struggling, go see her during office hours. She is more than willing to help. If anyone says her subject matter is difficult for Fund of Math, it is the EXACT same as every other class.

She was alright. If you have taken Algebra II, it is all repeat until you get to trig stuff. The boringness killed my fondness for math. I also didn't pay attention in her class for the first 10 weeks and got an A. I am an Academy kid though, so your experience will probably differ. I have calculus with her too. She is a nice person though.

For the love of god, transfer from her class if you are scheduled for it. In high school, I got A's in math - in her class, I barely pulled a B and had to teach myself -everything- I learned nothing from class other than she takes attendance.

She makes her class too difficult, and just piles on work after work. I took 15 credits and 70% of my effort outside of class went to this. You probably will not have time to do her stuff.

Mrs. Hollingsworth gives you all the materials needed to succeed in her class. If you go to class, pay attention, and then study the the tests from past semesters, you will get an A for the semester. Same with College Algebra. Memorize the processes involved from previous tests. Also, go in to her office hours. She helped me on numerous occassions.

Stats: Nice and understanding, easy to work with. Goes fast, but is thorough. She expects you to do the hw but you aren't forced to. Tests aren't too hard, if you can keep straight which formula is for what. Attendance mandatory, and you don't want to miss the examples anyway. Text is only really used for optional hw and studying.

She was a good teacher. Knows how to work a calculator which comes in handy. Quizzes are extremely difficult, I would get help from the TDC for them. Tests are really easy. Uses MathXL and assigns it about 2 times a week. ASK QUESTIONS, she will explain until you get it. Overall a good teacher and easy class if you did well in Algebra before.
