She's a very nice lady. However, the notes are very ambiguous. She doesn't really write enough in the notes to clarify what she means. I remember looking at the notes and asking myself "what is this trying to say???" Besides that, it was ok.

My favourite prof so far. She is very well spoken and makes everything easy to understand, she gives out litle hints about test questions so make sure you always come to class, her power points are amazing but difficult to understand if you dont show up to class. The textbook material is very interesting but changes from year to year.

A wonderful prof.-- definately take a course with Mary if you can! She cares about her students, and makes sure you are having fun while learning! Tests are straight forward-- study her notes and attend class (she gives you "hints" for the test!) and you'll do great. A terrific woman!

One of the best profs at U of M. Very organized, writing easy to read, funny, follows textbook, and tests are not extremely difficult if you follow textbook and go to class. I have received 2 A+ and an 1 A in the classes I've taken with her. Awesome!

Great prof that really goes out of her way to help students.. Whether it'd be her notes, online quizes or cross word puzzles.. Just one thing, make sure you prepare good for the final, some questions do get specific!
