My second class with her. She's always very passionate about what she's talking about, and she wants to see her students succeed. She gave multiple attempts for tests, extra tutorials if you needed them, and extra credit, it's very hard to fail this course when you show up.

Easy course as long as you pay attention. Dr. Byrne is incredibly entertaining as a professor, and passionate about what she's teaching about which makes even the most boring lessons interesting. Go to class, do your readings, answer questions, and chat with her and you'll do well. Willing to give extensions and help if you prove that you care.

She's a great teacher, she's a great woman. Go to her class because you'll enjoy it, but also go because you really do need to. She will teach the hell out of you and make you work hard, but she gives 110% back to her students. She's hilarious, charming, clear and ballsy. Who doesn't love that?

Loved her! She speaks loudly and clearly. Easy to understand the course if you go to class, however the exams are super difficult and the online quizzes are on the textbook readings, so make sure that you do them (especially since she wrote the text). Overall, I really enjoyed her as a prof and would consider taking another class with her.

She is a burst of energy and loves to pace the aisles of the lecture halls. Has a lot of good examples and constantly repeats important info so you remember it. However I found her exam unfair. We were tested on statistical facts that were probably only mentioned once in class.

She seems to be a nice enough person. As for her teaching ability, well she was teaching intro to stats, so is not a course that has much to work off of. No matter who you have we're talking about dry, dull work. I found her exams weren't that unreasonable.
