Amazing professor!! She is so kind and willing to accommodate student's needs. She makes the class super fun and interactive. She does not see her students as numbers or another face, she learns all of the students names and gets to know them.

Mercedes is genuinely the best prof I have ever had. She actually makes me want to go to class. She is very invested and involved with her students and cares about what they have to say. She makes class very engaging and fun. Makes it a priority to know all of her students names. Nothing bad to say about her. I love her.

INCREDIBLE. If you have a chance to take a course with Mercedes - do it! Within a month she knew everyone's name in a 200+ person class. Very interactive classes and there is a lot of opportunity to be successful. This is a class you actually want to show up to. Don't be afraid to raise you hand and participate - she will love you. Best prof ever.
