Honestly he's an absolute genius. It is a bit tough to focus in lectures because there's so much information thrown at you all at once but if you don't get the material, go see him during office hours. He seems really intimidating in a classroom setting but one-on-one he's really caring and helpful. Also, don't come to class late.

overall good teacher. cares about whether or not his students pass or fail. always willing to help. if you don't go to class, you will fail. don't be late to class either because he always locks the door and it is so awkward when he has to come and open it for you. he will glare at you. i promise.

Dole is a one of kind guy. If you put in the work and do the homework he assigns, you can easily get an A. I took him for both financial and managerial and would do it all again the same way.

Do not take if at all possible. I had Dole for 2030 and 2031 and can tell you that he should not be teaching. Yes, he does know his stuff when it comes to accounting, but he CAN NOT teach. He will make you will stupid for any question asked, won't face his class, and only teaches what you had to learn on your own the previous night. DO NOT TAKE

Dole is the worst professor I have ever met. He does not care about his students at all. If you are 5 seconds late to class, he will mark you tardy which counts as 13 an absence. He does not teach anything, he just goes over the homework assigned. Take anyone else possible. He is the most arrogant and rude person I have ever met. Do. Not. Take.

Why is this guy teaching? The meanest professor I ever met. All semester I watched him pick on students by totally ignoring them, and slamming the door in their faces because they were about 5 secs late. He's very sneaky and looks for any reason to give someone a bad grade. He's the type of professor that want's you to fail. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Mr. Dole is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to accounting practices. If you put the time and effort into his class you should do just fine. Ask questions and take good notes, can't emphasize this enough. The exams are a direct reflection of the class material.

I personally think Dole is a great teacher. He really knows what he's talking about and if you actually read and do your homework, lectures serve to clarify and go over homeworknotes. I don't think he's rude at all, but you definitely have to commit and put in the time in order to do well in his class.

Unlike the popular opinion, I found Dole to be an extremely helpful teacher. He is passionate about his teaching and gives you easier ways to figure out problems. Yes, his tests are hard just like the other two teachers, seeing they all give the same tests. He's very intelligent & cares about the students. Accounting is hard no matter who you take.

Hardest class I have ever taken. Dole is willing to help but is very confusing. Very hard to follow and doesn't answer questions in class. He grades homework very tough...... Nice guy but kind of annoying to listen to in the morning. There are better teachers to get than him. Stickler about attendance, don't even come if you're 10 seconds late.
