Comment:

Dr. Hardisky is a very nice man but he is just not a good professor. His tests are the most difficult ones that I have ever taken and I failed all of them. If you go to him outside of class and show that you care about your grade you will pass. I learned nothing about biology so don't take this class if you really want to learn.

If you want to learn anything about Biology do not take his class. He is a nice person but the class was so pointless. There is a 30 point curve on every exam because nobody knows the material and few students pass. Yes, the class is passable and easy to get an A but you will learn absolutely nothing unless you teach yourself.

Professor Hardisky may be a nice man but he is not a even remotely good as a professor. He will rush through 1 or 2 chapters per lecture and just expect you to know things. If you didn't have a good ap bio class in high school then you will struggle to understand what is going on in the class. Honestly, a bio tutor is your best chance at doing ok.

Dr. Hardisky only gives three tests throughout the year. one of which you have to take at the same time as the final exam if you want to drop one of your previous tests. The exams are on usually 6 chapters at a time and the volume of information is ridiculous. Do not take physiology unless you absolutely have to. Sweetest man alive tho

Dr. H is so nice and funny. If you need help, he'll be happy to sit down with you. I recommend going to him if you do need help. His tests are the hardest I've taken in school but don't worry, everyone fails them. He curves big time which is great so won't sheet all over that GPA of yours. Read the chapters and LISTEN!

To be fair though, he is a very fair grader and a nice guy overall. If you visit his office hours it will help him to get to know you. He REALLY knows physiology I made a quizlet to help you folks who take him in the future. I only made one for his 2nd test, so if someone else could take the torch that'd be great. Good Luck!

For his Gen Physio class there is a very large volume of information that he provides you ahead of time for the tests. IMO it is too much information to figure out what exactly he is going to put on the test. I found it best to really understand diagrams and the processes that go on and then read through the notes. He curves like crazy w/avg at 65

One of my favorite professors in my teacher history. Very funny and down to earth guy. Always sharing funny stories. I did not get an A however I did pass and he was helpful as long as you show up, put your best effort in you will pass.

The best teacher I have ever had. The last name is indicative of his hardworking nature. He puts a lot of time into his lectures, which are jam packed with information! He is the most helpful teacher in office hours! He also has study sessions on the nights before tests!

Hardisky is the best prof at the U, by far. So genuinely caring and wants his students to do well. His tests are hard but he curves very well. One of my favorite human beings on earth. Take him and get to know him, it will pay off.

Dr. Hardisky is by far one of the best professors that I've come in contact with at the University. He's extremely nice, clear, and teaches the material needed. There are only four hourly exams and a final - so be sure not bomb one. The exams are extremely challenging but definitely not impossible if you study the notes and book. He curves +25 pts.

Doc is my dude. Once you get used to his teaching you will learn ALOT. He is one of the most understanding professors, he will help you will anything. Such a nice guy. Tests are very hard but they are curved very fairly. If you want to learn TAKE HIM!

Doc is the man. Goes extremely fast during lectures and holds you responsible for a lot of material, but you will learn a lot of from him. He's pretty slow with the new technology in the new science building, but he's a great guy. Highly recommend taking both the class and the lab with him.

This man loves plants, LOVES THEM. curses in class all the time which cracks everyone up. You will probably get a 50 on the test, and be happy because of the 40 point curve. TAKE HIM!
