His lectures were very interesting and informative, he often gave hints on how to do something more efficiently that the textbook would not tell you. He is also incredibly hilarious. Great prof, you can tell he loves math because it really translates into his lectures.

Great teacher. Lectures are clear(sometimes boring). Gives out sample tests and exams that are very similar to the actual thing. Generous grader. Very helpful. Very funny and sarcastic. He has typical British sense of humor.

He is the best professor I have ever had! He really cares about the material and wants to make sure his students understand and reach their potential. With that being said, it is a hard course and takes a lot of work but Dr.Moore is amazing and will give you all the help he can without giving you the answer. He is fair, funny and overall, great.

I found it very hard to learn the material with Moore. I would have preferred another professor. He's funny, but it seems like he plows through all the material and you don't really know what's important. He gives helpful practice tests before exams and midterms, so that's great. Tutorials with him are a bit rough.

He's an arrogant, chauvinistic brit who considers all non-english inferior. He refers to us canadians as savage barbarian colonists. Nonetheless, he is the greatest, wittiest, teacher i ever had and he has a pathological commitment to teach. I think that they show make a reality tv show for him, but he's narciscistic enough allready.

HARD HARD HARD HARD! but he is nice and funny though... the assignments and tests though are killers! really HARD! his classes are fun though and he is really funny. and he is ALWAYS in his office ready to help u, don't expect to get answers to the assignment though, that wont ever happen! nice, but HARD as hell!

Oh My God, could there be a harder course as dull as this one!!! Dr Moore is awesome, the best prof ever, but he's hard as hell and this course sucked, but not because of him. He's always available to help. And he passed me, yeah!!!

I'd never miss a class, not even for broken bones ;) Dr. Moore is now (post poland retirement) the professor most comitted to the students. He's ALWAYS in his office for help, and sometimes can't even get out!! Don't worry 'bout the final, he'll bell it.

Maybe it was the course that was difficult, not him. It was easy to see what was key to learn in this course. I would say the clearest first year prof I had. Well thought out notes, and yes... The only jokes in the world sad enough to make you cry.

I found the assignments and exams to be exceedingly difficult; however, for the second year in a row, despite poor performance, I have ended up with a good mark. I hope I have him as a prof at least one 'moore' time.
