She never replies to email and says she actually doesn't even check her email. Will not spend extra time with students and will make you speak every class. She's very particular regarding your accent and will call you out consistently. . Bad experience all around.

Great teacher. I learned a great deal of Spanish and I am neither a strong student nor Spanish speaker. She is polite, funny, interesting and grades fairly.

Comment:

Spanish is hard for me, but La Profesora does a great job of involving everyone, and increasing students ability. She actually teaches you Spanish. Does a great job of creating short exercises that allows everyone, no matter their ability, to practice. Sufficient level of homework to allow you to learn, but not so much as to be overwhelming. Great!

she is an awesome spanish teacher, she has a spainsh accent from spain so it kinda throws you off at first but u get used to it and the class is fairly simple, couple tests, 1 oral presentation , and 2 compostions. Overall I would take her class again.

She is a great teacher because she really cares for every student. Her goal is to be sure no one is left behind. She loves to have everyone interact and includes everyone in on discussion. For those (like me) who don't have a particular intrest in spanish, but need it to transfer, this is the class for you. Vey little homework!!!!

She speaks softly, has a castillian accent, and calls you out to answer questions every class meeting. BUT, I would suggest you take her if you are like me and have to take 3 semesters of Spanish to transfer. This class is more of a pain in my arse than difficult.
