Knows his stuff, can talk about a topic for 80 minutes straight and remain completely relevant. There are 0 class participation opportunities but he still gives amazing lectures on the material. He's going on a 1 year sabbatical after he finishes the fall 2006 term.

I enjoyed his Philosophy of Science class very much. Though he starts off a tad slow, as he gets going he gets more excited. Very understanding and knows everything he needs to know to teach what he does.

I'd heard good things about Dr. Bogaard before taking this class, and he hasn't let me down. He's a great prof - very articulate, somewhat long-winded, but overall he obviously knows HIS material, and so much more. Brilliant Man.

Very knowledgeble about the sciences and very good at explaining the arguements made by various philosophers. He makes the dry readings come to life , like when you look add vibrant color to a rather bland shape. (just not the color orange)
