Capstone class had very difficult tests, take detailed notes during lectures. The actual project was as easy or hard as you made it, depends heavily on your group. Ask her for feedback and actually show up to class, she will treat you well. Pretty cool lady if you show a little effort.

Morgan's grading system isn't the best. Her class is only worth 250 points. Midterm and final exam are worth way more (100 points each) than what we actually did the majority of the time, which was outside research for the research presentation (only worth 50 points). I would not re-take this class with this instructor. No textbook needed.

Ew. This class is horrible. It is more of a PoliSci class than CJ anyhow. Dr. Morgan seems like she would be a nice woman outside of class...but as a teacher she kinda sucks. She grades very very harshly and sticks to the syllabus no matter what and will not let you make ANYTHING up no matter how good of an excuse you have.

Nice woman but a crappy professor. Lectures are pretty worthless. Attendance isnt necessary, just get the study guide for each exam and figure the terms out. Pretty easy class even though the topics covered are boring/worthless. A waste of my time unfortunately/.

Tends to be a little spacey at times by forgetting things (like coming to class). Lectures are broing, but the homework is easy. The tests were easy if you show up to review the study guide. Group project was a pain, but we got it done with a good grade. It's an okay class, but it is a requirement for CJ, so you just have to get it overwith.

I like her as a person, she is really nice and fun. I just don't know if I'm too fond of her teaching style or the way she gives test. I really do like talking to her, and being in her class. Just when it comes down to test time you don't feel ready, she hasn't given you the information you really need for the way she formats the test. Her test format is probably the worst thing. I also don't like wasting so much paper and ink with the weekly print outs... but as I said, she is an awesome person.

Awesome class, I hated my research group though, I got stuck with a bunch of slackers and that affected my grade. She is totally awesome and got me really excited about doing research. Thanks to her I'm in grad school getting my PhD with and emphasis on research. She is a good person to have as an advisor. I still keep in touch with her to let her know how grad school is going and she is good to have as a retainer for research help in the future.
