Ranjan is the definition of math. If you need to prove math, the answer is ranjan. He cries everytime he sees a calculator because he is reminded of his dark uneducated toddler years. The class may seem hard, but when you do not understand something he thinks it for you. It then all becomes clear. He proved that proofs exist in the first place.

I wouldn't understand what was happening, but would feel bad about it b/c he always says how if you're actually thinking you wont be lost, and how "easy" the class is, when it isnt. Also made me feel bad about getting a tutor. Doesn't do many examples in class. Friendly and entertaining, but not a good teacher.

He's honestly one of the most inspiring, amazing professors I've ever had. Probably the only math professor that truly makes you think about what you're doing and why. Not easy, but well worth the effort.

I'm a complete dumbass in math, and yet, I'm holding a B plus. Weekly quizzes and thorough preparation before tests make things easier. You have to work your ass off if you're not mathmatically inclined, but you'll do fine if you keep up with the work.
