Not very helpful. Rick forgets his train of thought easily and his exams don't make sense, they have terrible grammar and bad wording. 105 is more of the same but even worse. Lots of little assignments that take lots of time but are worth nothing. Other than that he's a nice guy :)

incomprehensible multiple choice questions and fill in the blanks, makes us do a huge assignment and its only worth 5%, goes on and on about things not even relevant to the class...i'm a marketing major and do not feel prepared for 300 level mktg classes.i agree he's picky about strange things and not the big picture.Very frustrating to listen to!

Rick is a nice guy, that being said, you need a professor, not a friend. He should be retired, he meshed up not one but two midterms, and possibly the final, but we wouldnt share the exams with us to check. Please take this class for someone else. If you do take him suck-up and dont be surprised when everybody gets the same marks, good luck

Rick is a nice man, and would probably be a great neighbor. However, he's not a very good prof. My biggest complaint is that he's very ambiguous about what he's looking for, and very picky about some details (like exact wording) but not about others (like concept). The way he words his questions can make them very hard to understand.

Richard is the type of prof. that makes students' lives more difficult than they have to be. His boring classes and repetitiveness will result in extreme dissatisfaction with his class. I would suggest choosing another prof or dropping out of commerce before recommending his class.

This is by far the worst class/professor I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing during my highly successful university career. To say that Richard is boring is an understatement. In addition, he is not qualified to teach the class and does not know how to mark assignments. He plays favorites like you wouldn't believe!!!!! Pick another prof!

He is a very boring and dry prof. The lectures are dull and it's easier to learn from the textbook than attend class. He gets into repetition when explaining things (ex. vis-a-vis) and doesn't always explain fully (very indirect/have to read btw the lines). Expects you to define EVERYTHING!! And a hard marker for it.

Great guy, definitely practices what he teaches. Is fair, nice, and understanding - and personable too. Tests are tough, but he gives you the heads up (aka. tells you exactly what's on them). Very picky - define and link are probably his favourite words. Boring lectures (the material) but interesting life stories. Equally boring text, but helpful.
